EQUIPMENT LATE FEES $8 per day

Use this product to pay for late fees resulting from CPR equipment being returned to us late.  The rental period is 10 days starting the day you order the equipment. Thel late fees are $8 per day, so if you owe for 5 days you will purchase 5 of the equipment late fees for a total of $40.
